Training

Cockapoos are one of the easiest dogs to work with.  They are eager to please their owners and love to be with their family.  They have been trained for therapy dogs, agility, boating, and just being a great family pet.  They work well with rewards such as doggy treats or with simply giving them praise! They learn very early and you can start working with them as early as 6-8 weeks.  I strongly suggest crate training your puppy and its easy to do.  Their are several good books, videos and youtube clips for options for learning how to train your puppy.  You can also work with a trainer that specializes in puppy or small dog behavior.
